Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges

Items are available for exchange if the size you’re trying to exchange for is available. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when exchanging or returning items at The First Lady Boutique.

Returns or Exchange products must be in the condition you received them and in the original clear packaging. If merchandise is returned for refund or exchange and it is found that the item smells of smoke, stains, torn, or damaged in any way, no refund will be issued! We can not resell damaged good; therefore, no refund will be issued! NO EXCEPTION!!!

What is the return/exchange period?

For an exchange/return, you must contact us within 3 business days of the date you received your item. This means the date that the delivery tracking number indicates that your package was delivered. Once you have been given the return/exchange information, it is imperative that you return the merchandise immediately! This means that we will not issue refunds or exchanges if you wait more than a week to return the merchandise. It will be considered worn and no refund will be issued! NO EXPECTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS RULE!

 

Why Do We Charge A Restocking Fee?

 

Once an item is opened it can no longer be resold as new, so there is a loss in value as soon as an item is opened by the purchaser. The Restocking Fee also covers the cost of executing your transaction- i.e. bank fees, credit card processing fees, labor and material costs for processing, packing, and shipping an item.

If the conditions of the Merchandise Exchange are not met, the return is considered void. The First Lady Boutique takes extreme pride and confidence in our product. However if you are not satisfied, you may contact us within 3 days of receipt for a full refund less 35% restocking fee and original shipping costs and taxes.

 

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return/exchange?

 

You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as we won’t be responsible for lost returns.

FINAL SALES: All sales of e-gift certificates, cosmetics, jewelry, shoes, clothing, accessories, fragrances and any other merchandise marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE--items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. NO EXCEPTION!!
