 Does the Maxi Dresses have linings?

No. Most Maxi Dresses do not have linings in them. The Maxi Dresses from The First Lady Boutique are meant to keep you cool during the summer; therefore, they do not have linings.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes! Because we sell out of items fast, be sure and send an inquiry via the contact page to ensure that we have the item and size that you need on hand. When ordering items to be shipped overnight, you MUST have your order in by 1pm CST the day BEFORE you need it!

Item Availability

Due to the high demand of certain products, we do not guarantee that all ordered items are in stock. If we sell out of an item that you ordered, we will contact you within 48 hours to let you know when and if the item will be in stock.

Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are promptly shipped once they are located in our stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

Pre-ordered items are items that are not in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-ordered items are shipped promptly once they arrive in stock. You will be notified of the status of your item via email.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via the U.S. Postal Service.

(US) Domestic Orders usually take 5-7 business days for delivery.  International orders may take 7-14 business days to reach you! Pre-Ordered items may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to come in stock. Once your pre-ordered item is delivered to us by our wholesalers, we will immediately ship your pre-ordered items to you.

Signature Confirmation: Is available at your request. The Fee is between US $2.10 to $2.55.

Do you have a catalog?

Unfortunately, we do not carry a catalogue at this time. What you see on our web page is everything that we sell at this time. We are continuously adding items to our product line, so please check our site regularly.

 

Most of the items on our website are available to be shipped right away; however, because our inventory changes all the time, items on our website are subject to availability and not guaranteed to be in stock when your order is place. If by chance an item is not in stock when you place your order, you will be notified by email ASAP and you will have the opportunity to exchange it with another item. We would issue a full refund if you choose not to exchange

SPECIAL ORDERS!!!

You can expect high quality name brand merchandise at a very good price and exceptional customer service. To help us achieve these goals, we've established the following customer policy on ALL SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS! As customary in this industry, there are no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds on "SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS"! Our warehouse does not accept any returns! No exceptions! For your convenience, please check the sizing chart for the designer's sizing. We are not responsible for wrong size or unwanted merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot approve or accept returns for merchandise that has been ticketed, worn, or damaged by dry cleaning.

Most of our customers will need to have some type of alterations done for a perfect fit. You can always take in a suit that is too large, so if the dress or suit is too big, it is strongly suggested that you have it tailored for a perfect fit. Please do this at your own discretion. Because the warehouse will not accept returns or exchanges, exchanges or returns will not be permitted for ordering a size that does not fit you. Please check the sizing chart before placing your order.  It is also important to note that due to the different computer monitor resolutions, colors shown in photo may not appear to be exact to actual color. We, however, always provide our valued customers with all available colors of items on our website. Feel free to contact us with any questions before you purchase.
